Halloween Make and Take

Tonight we had the Parents as Teachers Halloween Make and Take. We got to go and make several crafts and take them home. It was fun but not too long. I had promised Molly she was going to play so she was a little disappointed, so we came home and played out in the leaves, which made her very happy! She is such a cutie. I just love this costume!!!

Tonight Daddy decided we should carve one of our pumpkins. We thought Molly would enjoy it. She was not that interested. She would help for a few minutes and then go play. I made pumpkin seeds while Andy carved. We tried this pumpkin carving kit and the pumpkin turned out really cool. Andy was very proud!!

Today was a beautiful fall day! We had so much fun playing outside. The leaves are gorgeous and we are so happy it has finally warmed up a little. Molly had fun running around bossing the dogs around and they had fun ignoring her ;)

Tonight we went to Daddy's work Fall Festival. Every year he puts on a Movie in the Park (tonight it was Gremlins) and they have a bonfire and a Fun Fair. Molly had a great time running around and having us win prizes for her. She also really loved the graham crackers. I think Daddy was happy to have us there. Maybe next year we can stay for the movie!

Today was Boo at the Zoo! It turned out to be a beautiful day for it. Molly looked so cute as Minnie Mouse, even though she wouldn't wear her ears. She had a blast running around the zoo and could care less about the candy. There were really long lines to get the candy and she is like her mama and doesn't have that much patience. But we got to see the "baby" elephants, which was the one thing she asked for. We are looking forward to a great week of Halloween activities, topped off by Trick or Treating with Addi and Gigi! Private Concert

Tonight we got an impromtu concert from Molly! She sang all kinds of songs for us! Unfortunately, I was only able to catch this one on video. She is so funny. She is so shy most of the time, but every once in a while she'll come out of her shell! She is such a cutie!

Saturday was Gigi's 2nd birthday party! We had a great time at her pumpkin party! The kids did a scavenger hunt and got to pick a pumpkin and had lots of treats! It was a little chilly, but a great time! We can't believe how time flys. Baby Gigi is already two! She is a ray of sunshine and we are so thankful to spend time with everyone!
