A Surprise and some Fishy's!

A package! (Notice the eyeshadow in her hand)
I love Elmo!

Look at all these fish!

These things are huge!

Today we spent the morning playing in the basement with some old toys and new toys. After Molly's nap she had a nice surprise...Mimi sent her a really cool Elmo puppet book! We have sang the song so much my hand hurts from puppeteering! She loves it! Then we had to run to the mall for a couple things and discovered an aquarium in Cabellas. It was a really big walk thru aquarium and Molly loved the fishy's! Some of them were as big as her! I guess we need to find a real aquarium to go to!

Friday Night Fun!

Tonight was a fun night! Andy had to work late AGAIN, so Molly and I had the house to ourselves. She seems to be feeling better, still coughing a little, but her nose isn't as runny. I was fixing her dinner when I peeked around the wall and saw her dancing to her Wiggles guitar so I had to grab the camera. After that she wanted some wa-wa, so I made her a completely full sippy of ice water and you can see what I caught her doing! That is one of her favorite things-to dump out her water and then clean it up. Obviously, this cup does not have a stopper in it. At first I thought she was just putting it in the pots and pans drinking it.... then I saw her sink was full! She is too funny! How funny is it that she went to get a towel to clean it up? She is too smart for her own good most of the time. I hope you enjoy these videos, I know they are a little long, but I didn't want to miss anything!

Sicky?

Cheese is working out really good!
What a little sweetie!

That bird looks yummy!
We are having a rough week getting back into the swing of things, especially Molly. She cried the first few days of daycare, which is really unusual. She usually loves it. She has not been feeling good either. She has got that silly cough back and it is giving her fits. She was up most of last night coughing. Andy and I have done everything we can think of. I thought she was running a little fever tonight, but when I took her temp it was only 98.7. She acts fine. A little more fussy than normal. She felt fine enough to pose and say Cheese! again. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully she will sleep well and feel better.
I took this pic of the cats the other morning because I thought it was so funny that they were sitting there like that. I went over and looked out the window and there was the fattest little bird out there just eating away. They were practically licking their chops! That bird should thank goodness for glass!

CHEESE...A Star is Born!

Cheese!
There is plenty of room for all of them!
Isn't she so big? She looks like a little girl, but she is still my baby.
Molly posing on her new rug
What are you doing under there?
I know he will fit!
Nite-nite bear, nite-nite Bitty

Todays blog was just going to be about the new doll playpen and rug that Molly got, but when I was taking pictures of her playing I said "Molly look at Mommy so I can take your picture" and then she looked at me and said "CHEESE!" with the biggest smile! I just about died! It was so funny! This is what her cousin Addison always does, but I never thought she was paying that much attention. Well, of course, I went crazy and was making a huge deal of it. So now she is a little ham and let me take pictures of her all over the place! It was so much fun! And a dream come true, now I can get her to actually pause for a picture! She amazes me everyday! To the original point of the blog...she had some Christmas money to spend so we got her a new rug for her room and the doll playpen. She loves to sit in her room and look at her books, so we moved her chair in there and with the rug it is very cozy. She is crazy about the playpen, too. She put her babies and her bear "nite-nite" forever today. She really loves playing pretend. The pic of her looking at Ally I just thought was funny so I had to include it.

Kissing Cousins

How cute are they?
So Sweet!

Molly still won't sit
These girls wear me out!
So much fun playing together!
Yum Yum!
These girls are driving me CRAZY!
Such a cutie!
See? I CAN share (sometimes)

Addi Relaxing

These pictures pretty much speak for themselves. We are all so blessed to have these three adorable kids in our lives. They are so full of life and energy! They don't stop playing from the time they wake up till the time they go to bed unless, of course, we are cruel enough to strap them into a stroller or carseat! It is so much fun to see the kids grow up and start to play together. Addi doesn't really enjoy playing with the girls, but he still has fun. The girls still struggle with sharing. One always wants what the other has. Luckily, Gigi is still a little young to really care! One of our favorite moments of the weekend was when they were fighting over the baby stroller and I suggested that they play with the kitchen, since they could both fit and cook together. So, Molly goes over and pats Gigi on the back and leads her over to the kitchen, then turns around and takes off with the stroller! We are still learning! It is too cute to watch though! Thank God for blessing us with these perfect babies!

New Years Day-Build a Bear...or a dog, or a kitty, or a reindeer

Mimi helped out too
Somebody's tired

We are so lucky!

Happy New Year!

Which one is cuter?

Thanks Auntie An

What are you doing to my doggy?

Giving a bath

One of Molly's Christmas gifts from Auntie Ann, Uncle Baron, Addi and Gigi was a gift card from Build a Bear. Gigi and Addi also received Build a Bears for Christmas, so on Thursday we all went and the kids got to pick out something to build. Gigi picked Hello Kitty, Addi picked a reindeer and Molly picked a Doggy. Molly couldn't get enough of her doggy! She sleeps with him every night (along with 3 baby dolls, her blankie, and her glo-worm). What a great memory! Thank you so much Gambrels!

New Years Eve 2008

Let the feast begin...
Half the fun is cooking, right?
Gigi wants steak too!
Fun with Mimi

This week we were fortunate enough to have company for New Years. This is the first New Years in several years we have been social! Andrea, Baron, Addi, Gigi, and Mom came to visit for New Years. We had a great time! We had steaks and baked potatoes for dinner and cheesecake for dessert. The girls had fun playing with Mimi in the hall before dinner. What is it about hallways that kids love so much? They had such a great time! We had dinner after the girls went to bed, then hung out at the Dallner pub. I can't think of a better way to bring in 2009!
