Contract Negotiations

Happy Anniversary to Us!
Andy surprised me on Friday with flowers delivered to my office!
We love downtown Indy!

Andy has always joked that we were on a 5 year contract and that after 5 years we would renegotiate. Friday was our 5 year anniversary and for our contract negotiations we had a wonderful evening out in Indianapolis. We were in town for Gigi's birthday and so we had a babysitter for the night. We got lucky and got a great deal on the Westin downtown. We had a wonderful dinner at Weber Grill. We went to Shula's for dessert and when we got back to our room the hotel had sent champagne and chocolates for us. (We saved the champagne for next year!) We had a wonderful evening and I am happy to say we have renewed our contract for another 5 years! We really enjoy each others company and I am so thankful that I have such a wonderful husband! He is really my best friend and partner. I love you, Honey!

Oh Baby, Girl!

Our family is growing!
I am happy to let everyone (who doesn't already know), that we are expecting a baby girl in March. It has been a long road and we are thrilled. We still have a ways to go, but things are looking really good. We are so thankful for this little one in our future! Wish us the best!
81/2 weeks
17 Weeks
20 Weeks (Today)
Introducing our new addition! This is a profile with both hands up to her face, sucking her thumb!
Molly has finally come around to the idea of having a baby in the house. At first she was against it, but now she's talking about changing diapers!
She is so funny talking about the baby in Mommy's belly. One night she told us that she has a baby puppy in her belly! So, now she talks about her baby puppy all the time!
She wanted her bear to hug her like she was hugging me.
She is going to be an amazing big sister! She is so smart and helpful.
And her sister is very lucky to inherit all her adorable clothes!
She is my sunshine and has been the only thing that has gotten us through the last year.

20 weeks down, 20 to go! We will keep you posted! Wish us luck!

New Tutu

This is Molly's new tutu. If there was ever any doubt that she is my daughter this should end it. Mimi told the girls they could spend $30 at the American Girl store and this is what she picked. Only my daughter could find something to wear at a two story toy store!!! God love her!

Happy Birthday Mimi and Auntie An--Chicago Style!

This past weekend we went to Chicago to celebrate Mimi and Auntie An's Birthday. We had a great time. I hope the did too!
Best Friends! These two just LOVE each other! They have so much fun together!
The girls eyeing the cupcakes we brought for the birthday celebration!
We brought the girls American Girl dolls this weekend and they had a great time playing with them.
This pic cracks me up!
How adorable are they? We had breakfast in Wicker Park on Saturday. We had some delicious muffins!
After muffins we went shopping on Michigan Avenue and as always we shopped till we dropped!
Isn't she beautiful? It was not cold, but she wanted her jacket and hood on! Silly girl!
We were waiting in line for Gino's East. What great pizza and a much needed rest!
Our little man! The kids were all good sports with all our shopping! Especially Addi!
The girls resting up before our big trip to Ikea.

We had a wonderful weekend! This is the second year in a row that we have taken this trip and both years have been a blast! We hope that Mimi and Auntie An had as much fun as we did. We love spending time with everyone! Thanks for a great weekend everyone! We love you!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM AND AN!

Arts and Crafts Sunday

Today Molly and I worked on some craft projects.
I got her this star to paint and put glitter on while I worked on my project. She needed a little help.
Although we don't look very happy in this pic, we did have fun!
I would like to make this something we do every Sunday that we arn't traveling.
This is Molly's completed project. It is a little wooden box. She was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star the whole time we worked on it!
Here is my completed project! I love it!
It was so easy to do! For detailed directions, check out eighteen25.blogspot.com
Molly's star finds a home on her armoire.
My Halloween display! I love it!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN MONTH EVERYONE!!!

Fashionista

For those of you who don't know....Molly is a little fashionista. She refuses to wear anything but dresses. We had a complete meltdown, with sobbing and crocodile tears, tonight because Daddy told her she couldn't sleep in her Minnie Mouse dress. Im not sure he knew what to think. I am usually the luck one who gets to witness these. Every morning is a challenge to see if I am going to pick out something that will meet with her satisfaction. It is really exhausting! I can get away with pants if she has on a shirt like this that she thinks is a dress. (The hat is my sun hat that she was playing with, luckily she didn't ask to wear it to the mall!) I have a brand new pair of jeans that I just bought her that she wants nothing to do with. Ugh! I'm sure she gets all this from Andy! ;^)

Tutus and Wings

The girls were not too excited about dance last night, so the teacher pulled out the wings and tutus!!! They were so excited and did really good! I'm not sure if I have seen too many things cuter than that!
