Christmas with the Dallners

Normally, we go to Florida in January for Christmas with the Dallner Family, but since I am 7 months pregnant and can't really travel, everyone was nice enough to travel up here for the holidays!
We exchanged gifts last Saturday night and the girls had tons of fun!
Molly is at such a good age for Christmas!! She is so excited about everything! Even jammies!
She got this awesome electric train from Grandma and Grandpa and she loved it!
She is a really good conductor!

Our Beautiful Tree

This is our beautiful tree. I am always amazed every year how pretty it is. I just love it!
Molly loves helping Daddy with projects and the tree was no different.
I was very excited that Daddy did the hard part!
Molly entertained herself till it was time to decorate.
Putting the star on top!
Molly was so funny this year. She was sooo excited about putting the ornaments up. This was one of her favorites. I get her a Barbie Celebration ornament every year. She would put her hands up to her cheeks and say "OH MY GOODNESS! Is that for ME?" We were cracking up! It is really hard not to have fun when she is that excited!
This was another favorite of Molly's and Mine.
This is one of my favorites. It is called "It all started with a mouse."
This is one of Andy's favorites. Us with his family.
This is Molly's tree. She is so proud of it! She loves the fact that it is pink. This is going to be a great Christmas. She is so much fun right now. I can't wait!!!

My Awesome Husband

My awesome husband made this fantastic chalkboard for me! He also made one for my sister because we became obsessed with them after seeing them on some blogs. He did such a great job! Molly loves it!!
As soon as she saw it she started writing on it. She said "Mommy look!" and she had written a perfect M. She has been practicing her name ever since!
We are going to have lots of fun with it! Thank you so much, Honey! You did an awesome job!

Santa Stop

On Saturday morning we woke up to find a sign in our yard stating that Santa would be stopping by that night! The Maryland Heights fire department does this every year. They bring Santa around to different neighborhoods to see the kids. One of the stops just happens to be in front of our house! It is really cool! Molly was so excited all day long! She couldn't wait. The video is from right before he got there. We could see them stopped down the street. As they were coming down the street they had all their lights on and the siren going and it totally freaked her out! She would not go up there without me. So, I told Santa everything she wants for her. Oh well, it was still pretty cool!

One Tree Down and New Traditions

I love Christmas tree and especially the ornaments. We now have 4 trees. 2 tiny ones, 1 medium one and 1 normal one. I love to have a theme with my trees. Last night we set up the medium one. This is our newest tree and its theme is toys. It goes in the playroom and has such fun ornaments. It still needs a lot more toy ornaments, but we have a good start.

Molly didn't want to hang up any ornaments because they all looked like so much fun to play with. She finally started giving them up one by one. The last one on the tree was Lightening McQueen ;)
Molly and I went through and took pics of our favorite ornaments. Of course, Lightening McQueen and Mater were at the top of her list.
With Tigger and Pooh a close 3rd!
Here is one of mine...."Mickey's House!" (That's what Molly calls it) We got this on our trip to Disney last January.
My other favorite, another purchase from Downtown Disney a few years back.
This year I wanted to do an advent calendar. We started last night.
She was sooooo excited to find Pooh hiding behind the door. She was mad though, that she couldn't open all the doors.
Our other new tradition is the Elf on the Shelf. We started this last night too. For those of you who don't know, this little elf comes to your house from the north pole to watch over you and reports back to Santa every night whether you are naughty or nice. You have to give him a name. Our elf's name is Pickle. Every day he appears in a new spot. Today we found pickle hiding in the bathroom. We will keep you posted on our new little friend!

Tangled

On Friday after a lot of shopping, we took the girls to see Tangled. Molly has a hard time watching movies for the first time. She gets VERY scared and nervous. She paced and cried through most of the movie, but couldn't take her eyes off of it. I knew if we could just make it through, she would end up loving it. And that is what happened. Afterward, she kept saying lets watch it again!
Everyone else loved the movie! Gigi was so cute doing her ballet moves during one of the songs!
Really dark picture, but Andy and I enjoyed it too, despite Molly's stress!
Later that night, Andrea, Baron, Andy and I went to see Baron's brother Brad's band play.
We had a great time and the band was awesome!
I love this pic! Baby Dallner liked the music too!

Thanksgiving Day

Me and My Honey
We spent Thanksgiving in Indy. We had a wonderful lunch at Mom's.
I brought ornaments for the kids to paint.
They seemed to enjoy it!
Gigi did really good!
Mimi got everyone a Thanksgiving gift. The girls got a stuffed Grinch and How the Grinch Stole Christmas book. Andy and I got The Elf on the Shelf!
Addi got a stuffed Santa and a Christmas shirt!
Mom and John always to a great job! Thanks for doing all the cooking! It was delicious!
Our sweet Grandma! Molly said her favorite part of the weekend was Grandma!
I love you Grandma!
Lots of cooks in the kitchen! Where are Missy and Andy?
A beautiful table! We have so much to be thankful for!
Auntie An made Molly this beautiful dress and a Christmas pillowcase and gave her bubbles! Molly wanted to wear this dress everyday! She loved it!
Can you tell she loves it? Thanksgiving night, Molly helped Mimi put up one of her trees. She had a great time, even though it fell on her and cut her cheek.
I had to take a pic of Baron's plate.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!! I am so thankful for all my beautiful family and friends! Love you all!
