Molly had to go to the Dr. today for her 4 year well child visit. She had to have an eye exam, which she did great on.

She was supposed to have her hearing tested and blood pressure checked, but she was crying and screaming so bad they couldn't do it. It was really great because Delainey decided to have a meltdown at exactly the same time. Ugh!

She did really good with Dr. Davis. She wrote her name for him and talked to him. They took her height and weight and she was 38inches tall and 30.8lbs. She is in the 10th percentile for both, which means that 90% of kids her age are bigger than her! Dr. Davis said she is on track to be 5'2". I guess she got an inch from Andy ;)

The Dr. said she needs 3 shots before she goes to (gasp!) kindergarten next year, so I opted to have one today and procrastinate on the other two. The Dr. left and said the nurse would be in. Here's how the conversation went after that:
Molly: Can we go home now?
Me: Not yet, we have one more thing to do.
Molly: What is it?
Me: Just one more thing....
Molly: What is it?
Me: The nurse just has to come in.
Molly: Why?
Me: We just have to do one more thing...
Molly: Is it a shot?????
Me: Yes.
Molly: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
It ended up being ok. It took two seconds. She got a popsicle and got to pick a prize, which is where the grasshopper came from.
