I don't know if you know this about me or not....I LOVE THE CITY! My most favorite place in the world is New York City. It is hard to get there right now, so Chicago will have to do!
We met Mom and the Gambrels in Downtown Chicago on Friday. We were so excited to be there! We started off at Giordano's Pizza and then did not enough shopping on Michigan Avenue!!
One of the coolest things about cities is never knowing what you are going to find. We were just walking along and here is this huge statue of Marilyn Monroe! You don't find that in Maryland Heights!
So cool!
We had to get our picture with her!
Next we went to the Bean in Millenium Park. I had never been there, so I was very excited! This is me and my sweet, wonderful Addi!
Molly wasn't nearly as excited as we were.
It was so nice to be there with my Mom and Sis.
We are itching bad to get to New York, but this will tide us over!
Next, we went to Crown Fountain! How cool is this!
The kids loved the water! It was nice to let them play after doing some shopping!
We were all surprised when this fountain came on!

After the park Andy, the girls and I walked down to the Marina.
It was so beautiful!
A perfect end to our wonderful day!
We don't want to leave the City!!!
