Labor Day

We have been doing a lot of house projects lately,

so on Monday we needed to get out of the house and 

away from projects for awhile.

We went to my favorite spot....

This time we just brought a snack and drinks

and a big pink ball!

Drinking out of a cup didn't work that well for Lainey, 

but she sure enjoyed trying!

Molly was picking flowers for all of us.

I was super inspired by this post, so we have implemented this.

Anytime they are fussing at each other I say "Dallner's are best friends."

Hopefully it will stick. 

The true test will be in about ten years or so.

That's why I'm starting now....

I hope they hold each others hands through out their lives.

Sisters should be best friends.

This girl is getting so big.

She cracks us up.

She wanted to wear my shoes.

Silly girl.

That is Daddy and Lainey down there.

We practically had the place to ourselves!

It was awesome!

Notice I didn't mention where it is,

I want to keep it that way!

It was a beautiful day after a few straight days of rain.

BUT, it was REALLY REALLY hot.

So I had this face telling me we needed 

to get to shade!

So we will go back when it is not nearly as hot and stay awhile,

just me, my little family and our spot.
