So, as I mentioned before,
we were expecting a blizzard in Indy
while we were there.
I personally think blizzards are kind of awesome.
As long as everyone is home safe and sound.
It is fun to be forced to stay home together and play games and sip cocoa.
Since we had some warning, Andrea and Baron
planned ahead and brought stuff to spend the night at Mom's!
One very small house full of lots of fun people!
The kids were very excited about the snow!
We don't usually get a whole lot of snow,
so it was exciting for my girls.
Enjoying some cuddle time.
Brace yourself for some
*Best Dog Ever* photos.
(No dogs were harmed)
I mean, seriously, the best dog ever.
This girl is obsessed with animals.
I mean obsessed!
Unfortunately, we did not come prepared for
a blizzard, so the girls only had dress shoes.
You can not play in the snow in dress shoes!
So, we brought the snow in!
They were bored after about 10min, but it was
fun while it lasted.
We had a great time playing Headbands!
I think the girls did better than the adults.
I believe the "official" total was 7 inches of snow,
but the drifts were much deeper.
It stopped snowing late afternoon, so we were
able to get out of the house for some wings.
The guys had no problem digging
out for some wings!
Yea for a fun snow day with my awesome family!!
